*Registration allotments are based on your 2026 membership level. As renewals are processed, we are making adjustments to the allotment if your membership level changed.

Registration Instructions:

1. Click the ‘Register Now’ button at the top of this page.
2. Type in your email address.
3. Select your company name from the list or select "Non-Member". If your company is a BISA member or an exhibitor/sponsor of the BISA 2026 Annual Conference, and you do not see your company name on the list, please contact  registration@bisanet.org for assistance.
4. Scroll down to select the “Continue” button.
5. Select your registration type from the list.
6. Fill in the attendee information as requested.
7. If you are registering more than one attendee, please select “Register Another” before hitting “Complete Registration.”
8. Hit “Complete Registration.”
9. Select your payment method if applicable to make a payment.
10. A confirmation email will be sent to you indicating the completion of your registration. NOTE: registering for the 2026 Annual Conference DOES NOT mean that you have a hotel reservation. ALL attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel accommodations – the link to book in the BISA block can be found in the registration confirmation email. 

Complimentary Registration and Member Benefits:

BISA members receive certain complimentary registration allotments based on membership type and membership level as enumerated below. If there is a question over how many allotments, or covered room nights a BISA member receives, please email bisa@bisanet.org. 

By registering for the BISA 2026 Annual Conference, you agree to attend the event. Regardless of whether your registration is paid or complimentary, BISA requests that you communicate the cancellation no later than Tuesday, January 20, 2026 if your plans change or you can no longer attend. Any attendees who no-show will be assessed a $245 fee, to be invoiced after the event. All fees and outstanding balances must be paid prior to registering for a future BISA event. For more details, please see the "No-Show Policy" at the bottom of this page. 

Financial Institution Members receive a certain number of complimentary allotments based on their membership level (enumerated below) and can purchase additional allotments for $945. All attendees from BISA Financial Institution members are eligible to receive (2) complimentary hotel nights in the BISA room block at the JW Marriott or Marriott Tampa Water Street for the nights of Monday, March 2 and Tuesday, March 3. Any dates outside of Monday, March 2 and Tuesday, March 3 are NOT eligible to be covered by BISA and the member benefit of 2 complimentary nights per attendee is non-transferable. 

Financial Institution Members who are eligible for complimentary hotel nights will still be responsible for covering any additional nights as well as incidentals or room upgrades. In order to secure your reservation, you will need to book your reservation via the link in your registration confirmation email by Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Once your eligibility is verified and your membership is confirmed to be in good standing with BISA, BISA will let the hotel know to charge up to two room nights (Monday, March 2 and Tuesday, March 3) at the BISA rate to the BISA’s Master Account. You will be responsible for any additional nights and any cost beyond the room rate of $319 (Tampa Marriott) or $369/night (JW Marriott) per room/per day, and will still be charged an incidental hold upon check-in. 

Please note, in order to receive these free nights, you must book your room no later than Tuesday, January 20, 2026, within a BISA room block. Complimentary room nights do not apply to suites or to non-peak nights. 

Service Provider Members receive complimentary allotments based on their chosen membership level and may receive additional allotments for sponsoring/exhibiting. Unless they are a member of the BISA Board of Directors or a Rising Star, Service Provider members do not receive complimentary housing. 

Non-members do not need to join BISA to register, but registration fees are increased. Non-members will register through the “Non-Member” option on page 1 of the registration website.

On January 16, 2026, only members that have paid their 2026 dues will remain in the registration system. Anyone that registered for the BISA 2026 Annual Conference as a BISA member, but has not paid their 2026 dues by January 16, 2026, will be required to provide either non-member registration payment or 2026 membership dues payment. 

Hotel Reservations: 

BISA has room blocks at the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street and Tampa Marriott Water Street. Only registered attendees can reserve rooms in the BISA room block. A housing link, along with reservation instructions are provided in your registration confirmation e-mail. Please refer to the e-mail to secure your hotel room. The BISA room block will be held until Tuesday, January 20, 2026 or until the rooms sell out, whichever occurs first.
