Financial Institution Members
Financial Institution Members who are eligible for complimentary hotel nights will not be responsible for covering the group rate and tax, but will be responsible for covering any additional nights, room upgrades, and incidentals. In order to secure your reservation, you will need to book your reservation via the link in your registration confirmation email by Monday, January 26, 2026. Once your eligibility is verified and your membership is confirmed to be in good standing, BISA will let the hotel know to charge up to two room nights (Monday, March 2 and Tuesday, March 3) at the BISA room block rate to BISA’s Master Account. Please note that you will need to provide a credit card at the time of booking in the event of a no-show. You will be responsible to cover any incidentals, room upgrades, or additional nights. Any dates outside of Monday, March 2 and Tuesday, March 3 are NOT eligible to be covered by BISA and the member benefit of 2 complimentary nights per attendee is non-transferable

BISA will honor the member benefit for eligible Financial Institution member attendees who are unable to book at the JW Marriott or Tampa Marriott Water Street. BISA will reimburse your out-of-pocket costs for room + tax expenses up to $414/night for your stay at a nearby hotel for the nights of Monday, March 2 and Tuesday, March 3. BISA will not reimburse for any expenses other than room + tax or any nights beyond Monday, March 2 and Tuesday, March 3. Attendees are responsible for all additional nights or charges, or room rates (inclusive of tax) above $414/night. To submit for reimbursement, please save a copy of your final hotel folio and complete the reimbursement request form by Friday, March 20, 2026. All reimbursement requests must be submitted via the form and no reimbursement requests will be accepted or processed after the deadline.
