Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Individual: BISA will provide a full refund of paid registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of $245, for any cancellations received in writing on or before Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Cancellations must be emailed to registration@bisanet.org. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participant must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from registration@bisanet.org on or before the cancellation deadline. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of date cancellation received to the original form of payment. After Tuesday January 20, 2026, there will be no refunds for registrations cancelled whatsoever. Name change substitutions within the same registration category can be made, without a fee, by contacting the registration team at registration@bisanet.org. Badge sharing is not allowed. Hotel reservations must be cancelled separately and directly with the hotel.
Cancellation by BISA: If, for any reason beyond BISA's control, BISA determines that the BISA 2026 Annual Conference must be shortened, delayed, dates changed, or otherwise altered or changed (collectively 'Show Adjustment'), Participant understands and agrees that BISA shall apply the registration fees paid by Participant to the same event occurring in the following calendar year. Should Participant prefer a refund, they may request it in writing to BISA, and BISA shall refund the registration fees paid by Participant, less a $245 administrative fee. Furthermore, Participant understands that all losses and damages it may suffer as a consequence of a Show Adjustment or cancellation are its responsibility and not that of BISA or its directors, officers, employees, agents, or subcontractors. Except as otherwise provided above, Participant understands that it may lose all monies it has otherwise incurred for the BISA 2026 Annual Conference, including travel, lodging, etc.
No-Show Policy for Membership Complimentary Registrations
By registering for the BISA 2026 Annual Conference, you are agreeing to attend the event. If you do not plan to attend, please cancel no later than Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Cancellations received after January 20 or no-shows during the event will result in a $245 cancellation penalty. You will be invoiced post-event.
Please note: Any outstanding balances must be paid and in good standing prior to registering for a future BISA event.
