The BISA housing link is included in your registration confirmation email. You must complete registration for the conference in order to receive the housing link.
Reservations are subject to availability over the conference dates at the discounted group rate of $319/night (Tampa Marriott) or $369/night (JW Marriott). The BISA group rate is available only until Monday, January 26, 2026 or until the hotel is sold out, whichever comes first. Beginning January 27, 2026 hotel rooms are subject to availability at the prevailing hotel rate.
Both the Tampa Marriott and JW Marriott require a credit card to hold the room. Your card will not be charged for a deposit upon booking. Please note, a $150/per day hold for any incidentals will be placed on your card upon check-in. Should you not charge any incidentals to your room, this hold will be released upon check-out.
Full payment will be charged to your credit card upon check-out.

Financial Institution Members
Financial Institution Members who are eligible for complimentary hotel nights will not be responsible for covering the group rate and tax, but will be responsible for covering any additional nights, room upgrades, and incidentals. In order to secure your reservation, you will need to book your reservation via the link in your registration confirmation email by Monday, January 26, 2026. Once your eligibility is verified and your membership is confirmed to be in good standing, BISA will let the hotel know to charge up to two room nights (Monday, March 2 and Tuesday, March 3) at the BISA room block rate to BISA’s Master Account. Please note that you will need to provide a credit card at the time of booking in the event of a no-show. You will be responsible to cover any incidentals, room upgrades, or additional nights. Please note, a $150/per day hold for any incidentals will be placed on your card upon check-in. Should you not charge any incidentals to your room, this hold will be released upon check-out.
Any dates outside of Monday, March 2 and Tuesday, March 3 are NOT eligible to be covered by BISA and the member benefit of 2 complimentary nights per attendee is non-transferable

BISA will honor the member benefit for eligible Financial Institution member attendees who are unable to book at the JW Marriott or Tampa Marriott Water Street. BISA will reimburse your out-of-pocket costs for room + tax expenses up to $414/night for your stay at a nearby hotel for the nights of Monday, March 2 and Tuesday, March 3. BISA will not reimburse for any expenses other than room + tax or any nights beyond Monday, March 2 and Tuesday, March 3. Attendees are responsible for all additional nights or charges, or room rates (inclusive of tax) above $414/night. To submit for reimbursement, please save a copy of your final hotel folio and complete the reimbursement request form by Friday, March 20, 2026. All reimbursement requests must be submitted via the form and no reimbursement requests will be accepted or processed after the deadline. BISA has no affiliation with these organizations and in no way endorses their services. In fact, we have had reports from other groups that many of these companies are scamming attendees by tacking on undisclosed service charges, failing to make paid for reservations, and other questionable business practices.
