How to Download the App
Getting started is simple. Review the instructions below based on your device:
Apple Users
Search “BISA 2026” in the App Store and download the app.
Android Users
Search “EventsGo” in Google Play and download the app. Once installed, search for BISA 2026 within the platform.
We encourage all attendees to download and explore the app prior to arriving at the conference so you can hit the ground running.
How to Log In
1. Use Your Registered Email
Log in using the email address you used to register for the BISA 2026 Annual Conference. You will receive an email containing your access code. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your Spam folder. The email containing your mobile app access code will be sent from no-reply@eventmobilelogin.com, and will say BISA 2026.
2. Set Up Your Profile
Add your preferences and begin building your schedule. You can:
- Save sessions and networking events to your personal agenda
- Sync your schedule with your personal email inbox, whether that be Outlook, Gmail, etc.
- Tap on the 'More' tab in the bottom right corner of the app
- Under the 'Settings' section on the 'More' page, click on 'Calendar Sync'
- You will be prompted to log in with your personal email credentials. You may need to verify authentication if using your work email that requires an authenticator.
- Add sessions to your in-app Agenda and they will appear on your email calendar!
- Customize your profile to make networking easier
3. Start Connecting
- Enable push notifications
- This will ensure you don't miss any updates throughout the conference. You may need to update your notiifcation preferences in your phone's settings.
- You will recieve banner notifications of networking event reminders, concurrent and keynotes sessions, any location changes, and more.
- Plan your daily schedule
- Check into concurrent sessions
- Message attendees directly
- Schedule business meetings
- Collect contact information
4. Connect Directly with Exhibitors
You are able to learn more about conference exhibitors, visit their website, and directly contact their team about business inquiries, all through the mobile app! Start by exploring the Exhibits page and taking a look at which exhibitors will be attending the conference.
5. Complete Concurrent Session Surveys
Concurrent session surveys will be accessible in the mobile app, 10 minutes after the concurrent session starts. You can find your pending surveys under the 'More' tab in the bottom right corner of the app. Once you are on the 'More' page, click on the Surveys tab. Please note, you will not be able to edit a survey once you complete it.
